Conveyor Tracking (Calibration)
We’ve added a new hook-and-trigger Conveyor Calibration method for precise alignment, faster setup, reduced downtime, and easier support for future conveyor projects.
SnapShot Tool and Scanning workflow
Added support for snapshot scanners.
Improvements to Existing Features (Augmentus App)
- Enhanced AutoGen default behaviour and parent assignment.
- Improved performance with AutoGen generation.
- Refined precision in Pathopt and MotionPlanning, and more detailed errors including velocity limits and joint limits.
- Motion profiles now use actual speed values with refined synchronization for smoother, more accurate movements.
Improvements to Existing Features (Augmentus Server)
- Enhanced calibration accuracy and stability with refined optimization, parameter bounding, and outlier filtering.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed multiple AutoScan and path optimization errors.
- Fixed simulation and waypoint display inconsistencies in AutoEdge and AutoScan.
- Resolved unknown and singularity errors in Path Optimization and Motion Generation, including involving external-axis reconfiguration after re-planning.
